Idols-Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow

As we approach the finale of Season 8 of American Idol, I wanted to put out my official prediction. I am predicting Kris Allen for a few reasons:

1) I like him and voted for him

2) Kris Allen is more like Danny Gokey than Adam Lambert is. Therefore, a majority of the votes that Danny Gokey got last week will go to Kris. Since Adam and Kris were only 1 million votes away last week, this should put Kris in the #1 spot.

3) I feel like Adam's ability is similar to that of Fantasia (and not because of the similar hairstyles). Adam is really good, yeah; but after a while it gets old and everything sounds the same.

4) Jaime Foxx likes him.

5)The website Dialidol.com has predicted Kris Allen and they have never been wrong in the finale. 

Now about former idols. I love Jennifer Hudson to death and I think she usually has an amazing, form-flattering style. But let's talk about her performance last week on the Today Show. Here is the interview segment:

There isn't much I can say except, "No". Both are good pieces, but they did not look good on her and did not look good together. Good thing I still love her.
